•Elegant table decor (Linen, drapes, Flowers, candles, etc)
•Chargers, plates, utensils, cups and napkins for the table.
•Any additional decor that isn't listed can be provided for a fee if agreed upon.
Appetizers
shrimp skewers, deviled eggs (add shrimp or bacon), salmon cakes, mozzarella sticks, sweet meatballs on skewers, salad, cucumber seafood bites. Suggestions for alternatives are welcome.
Desserts
yellow cake , chocolate cake, apple pie, pineapple upside down cake, pound cake ( all served with ice cream). Suggestions for alternatives are welcome.

Vegetable - Broccoli, Green beans, Corn on the cob, Cream corn.
Protein - Wings (bbq, honey garlic, jerk,thai,sweet chilli), Steak (T.bone or chuck), Chicken breast (marsala or honey garlic), Shrimp, Fried whitings.
Starch - Roasted potatoes, Southern mac, Rice pilaf, Garlic mashed potatoes.
Package - Gold 2 appetizer, 2 veg, 2 protein, 2 starch,1 dessert $3,500 - $175 pp
*Can substitute everything in the “Silver package”*
Vegetable - Roasted veggies ( Zucchini, squash), Asparagus.
Protein - Salmon (Sweet chilli, Honey garlic), Hanger steak.
Starch - Shrimp fried rice, Rasta pasta, Alfredo pasta.
Package - Platinum appetizer, 2 veg, 3 protein,3 starch, 1 dessert $4,000 - $200 pp

Vegetable - Sauteed spinach, Cream of spinach.
Protein - Lobster tail, Stuffed chicken, Ny strip, skirt steak
Starch - Lobster mac, Seafood pasta bake
Food can be substituted with food that's not on the menu but must fit into your package based on the food price range.
Monday - Thursday requires 10+ guest
Friday - Sunday requires 20+ guest

Packages can be altered per request. Events must be booked 30 days in advance. 50% deposit due at booking. Balance due 14 days prior to the event. No exceptions.
